Legacy Spine + Nerve Care is an all female owned and operated upper cervical chiropractic practice. Dr. Courtney strives to be the best upper cervical chiropractor in Lubbock and the West Texas Area. We approach each patient individually to provide for every person's specific needs. Whether it’s your first visit and x-rays, an appointment to discuss decompression or laser therapy, or just a continued wellness adjustment, every member of our caring staff is here to ensure you have the best experience.
Dr. Courtney Sproul-Martin, D.C.
Dr. Courtney Sproul-Martin, D.C. attended Parker University in Dallas, Tx and received her Doctorate in Chiropractic and graduated Cum Laude in December of 2017. In her internship she spent time at Cerebrum Brain Centers where she treated many patients with severe neurological conditions such as Parkinsons, stroke, trigeminal neuralgia, cerebellar insufficiency and autism. It was here that ignited her passion for the chiropractic adjustment and how it can balance the body. She is currently finishing her certification in Advanced Upper Cervical technique through Orthospinology and NUCCA. Dr. Courtney is a current member of International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, NUCCA and Orthospinology She was honored to be named Texas Chiropractic Associations Doctor Of The Year for 2022.
Never wanting to stray far from home, she returned to Lubbock to pursue her career in the town, and with the family, that is the Lubbock community. Dr. Courtney is a Lubbock native who is an avid upper cervical doctor, mom, Christian, sports enthusiast, passionate businesswoman, hunter and fisherwoman. Courtney is the wife of Chase Martin and mom to Lakyn.
Upper Cervical Chiropractor
Lexi is a Lubbock native with a background in Emergency Medical Services. She first began working in upper cervical while living in Denver, Colorado. While there, she was able to learn what chiropractic truly is and it's essential health benefits.
She loves spending her free time serving others, being outdoors and hanging out with her husband, William, and two pups, Fanci & Malcom.
She is so excited to be back in her hometown and helping Dr. Courtney create a pain-free and healthy lifestyle for you and your family!
